Responsibilities
- Managing the relationship with key travel partners and corporate customers in order to maximize business for airpark and partner companies.
- Creating and following a monthly call plan in liaison with the line manager to plan appropriate visits and calls to the managed accounts.
- Pursuing up to date market and competitor information and proposing response as appropriate.
- Attending to customers and agents concerns, enlisting support and following up efficiently as required.
- Working on promotional material to distribute to clients whenever needed and devising and creating promotional, email, and other campaigns.
- Using social media platforms to promote business and network with new agents and corporate clients.
- Arranging email campaigns and related tasks when required.
- Send weekly sales reports, provide information, organize events to the trade, and propose activities to improve sales & marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven ability to meet revenue targets
- negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent English and Sinhala.
- At least one year’s experience in Field Sales / Account Management
- One year’s experience in airline or travel preferred
